Purchasing method
• Client should transfer the deposit + legal & admin fees to GIP bank account either in UK or Egypt.
• GIP sends the contract by currier for client signature. Client is to sign and send contract back to GIP.
• GIP delivers the deposit to Owner Company and carries on with contract signing.
• Immediately after obtaining contract sign of both parties (client & owner company). GIP is to proceed with legal actions to secure client rights.
• GIP takes care of all money transfers from client to Owner Company to ensure client safety and money delivery on time to avoid in delay penalty.
• GIP is responsible for clients viewing at their request
